SALARY Unpaid GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Under the immediate supervision of the school psychologist, this psychologist intern will: • Conduct psycho-educational evaluations for special Education, including writing reports and attending IEP meetings. • Counsel students, and design behavior support plans with teachers; assist in crisis management; consult with parents and teachers in the SST process. • Includes direct experience at middle school and elementary level in a multicultural setting. QUALIFICATIONS Enrolled in a graduate level school psychologist program TRAINING SUPPORT Opportunities for professional development through SELPA trainings and conference participation. Weekly collaboration and consultation with school psychologists as a department. BA/BS Currently enrolled in a school psychologist credential program or Pupil Personnel Services Intern Credential Three letters of Recommendation Resume with references
