The district was established in 1948 and is nestled in the Sierra Foothills. Placer Hills Union School District serves approx. 750 students TK-8th grade in Meadow Vista and surrounding communities. The PHUSD is a district with a long history of strong student achievement and close partnership with the community. We strive to provide a learning environment that serves ALL students well and engages each student in meaningful learning that prepares them to become contributing, global citizens in the 21st century.
