Overview: The Instructional Associate will provide support for identified students, while upholding the values of Aspire Public Schools Responsibilities: Assists teacher and program specialist with the development and presentation of learning materials and instructional exercises; tutors students individually or in small groups to reinforce and follow up learning activities; assists in preparing daily and weekly lesson plans based on student's individualized education plan; assists in the management and guidance of student behavior through the use of positive reinforcement strategies; all other duties as assigned.
