FOLLOWING MUST BE ATTACHED TO APPLICATION Valid Credential or Valid Permit CBEST TB Screening Results

You must have a credential to apply. If you do not currently have a credential, you must have at least 90 transferable credit units and be enrolled in a (4) year accredited college/university to apply for your 30 day sub permit. Fingerprints may be done at time of permit application through TCOE. Passed CBEST required. Negative TB results required.

  • TB Screening Result
  • Test Results/Materials (CBEST or note indicating progress)
