The Dinuba Unified School District groundkeeper is under the direction of the Maintenance and Operations Director, the Groundskeeper will perform a wide variety of specialized and responsible tasks relating to the District’s grounds and maintenance operation. The groundkeeper will be committed to cultivating excellence throughout the maintenance and operations department.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of successful experience in grounds, maintenance and gardening. 2. Ability to operate landscape and gardening equipment, tools and machines in a safe and proper manner. 3. Knowledge of care for plants appropriately, maintains and verifies accuracy and completeness of work requests. 4. Possession of a valid CPR & First Aid certificates is preferred. 5. Possession of a valid California Class C driver’s license. 6. Must pass the minimum proficiency exam administered by the District.
