Meadowlark Preschool of Hollister is seeking  experienced preschool teachers to work with ages 3-5 years in the morning classes and mixed age, 2-5 years, in the afternoon extended care. The ideal candidates will have previous teaching experience, understanding of Waldorf or Reggio school settings, a strong personal educational background, and be passionate about a play-based and nature oriented early childhood programs. We are a private, Waldorf Influenced, preschool program serving 30 children each day with a staff of 5.

The incumbent would normally attain the knowledge, skills and attitudes required for the position through completion of a post-secondary Early Education Program combined with related day care and/or preschool teaching experience. Equivalencies will be considered but must include 12 core ECE units. Full time positions will be  M-F from 8am-5pm and part time positions will be mornings 7:30am-12:30pm. There is also the possibility of part time 12:00pm to 5:00pm or a different combination of part time hours and days.
