Requirements / Qualifications
Valid California driver's license. Industry certifications related to networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, Microsoft technologies, Google technologies, Apple technologies, IT service management, or related areas are desirable.
EDUCATION: Any combination equivalent to an associate degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, cybersecurity, networking, or a related field. A bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable. EXPERIENCE: Five years of increasingly responsible professional experience providing technology support involving computer hardware, software, networking, enterprise applications, infrastructure, or related technologies, including experience providing technical direction, project leadership, lead responsibility, or supervision of technical staff. Experience in a K-12 educational environment or public agency is desirable.
