OSA seeks a passionate and accomplished Long Term Substitute Artist Teacher - Theatre to join our Theatre Department for the 2026-2027 school year. The Long Term Substitute Artist Teacher provides high-quality theatre instruction to middle and high school students, supporting their artistic development, confidence, collaboration, and understanding of theatre as an art form. This role contributes to OSA’s Theatre Sub-Pathway and supports the school’s mission of providing equitable, interdisciplinary, arts-integrated education. The ideal candidate is an experienced theatre educator and working artist with strong knowledge of acting theory and practice, a collaborative teaching style, and a passion for fostering student growth through inclusive, student-centered instruction.
