The East Side Union High School District (ESUHSD) seeks a skilled and passionate Technical Theater coach possessing expertise in a variety of skills including but not limited light, sound, set, fight coordinator, intimacy coach, and costume design to support in-The East Side Union High School District (ESUHSD) seeks a skilled and passionate Technical Theater coach posessing expertise in a variety of skills including but not limited light, sound, set, fight coordinator, intamcay coach, and costume design to support in-class instruction during the regular school day. Throughout the school year, the coach will work alongside credentialed theater teachers at District High Schools, supporting all theatrical students in developing skills in the field of Technical Theater. This role includes lesson planning, instruction, and performance support at one or more school sites, contributing to high-quality technical theater education for a diverse student body.

Requirements / Qualifications

Qualifications/Certifications: •Experience with technical aspects of the theater including but not limited to light, sound, set, fight coordination, intimacy training and sound design •Experience supervising volunteers, interns, or students is preferred •Experience working with other theater personal and outside clients

Must complete Edjoin online application, and submit Resume and Letters of Recommendation/Reference. Selected candidates must pass fingerprint clearance and provide current TB test results PRIOR to employment.
