We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Garden Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for maintaining a year-round productive and educational organic garden and kitchen. This role involves hands-on work in various outdoor settings. Training and Experience: Job-related experience with a general understanding of garden principles is required. A degree in horticulture, botany, or a related field from a university is preferred. Previous experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of plant care, pest management, and landscape design principles. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Possession of a valid California Driver's License and & Evidence of Insurability. Ability to pass required District physical.
