Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Education & Assessment Services, the College and Career Readiness and Community Engagement, Educational Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the District’s college and career readiness program to optimize the District’s goal that every student graduating from high school will be college and career ready. The Coordinator provides leadership and supervision to various college and career programs, coordinates and administers professional development programs directly related to post-secondary planning, and serves as a resource to schools, counselors, and other departments in the District.

Experience Experience with college/career educational instructional support and planning, preferably in a comprehensive high school setting preferred. Minimum of three years of school site administrative experience preferred. Education Valid California teaching credential. Possession of a valid California K-12 administrative credential. An earned Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

New three-year collective bargaining agreement.
Effective 7.1.2025:
2025-2026: Salary schedule increase of 2% and a 2% off-schedule payment at year-end
2026–2027: Salary schedule increase of 60% of the statutory funded COLA, plus any funded ongoing augmentations as provided in the State Budget Act; 2% off-schedule payment at year-end.
2027–2028: Salary schedule increase of 50% of the statutory funded COLA, plus any funded ongoing augmentations as provided in the State Budget Act; 2% off-schedule payment at year-end
