Imagine Schools Riverside County is building a Middle School Teacher Pool for the 2025–2026 school year. This posting is intended to identify qualified, credentialed educators for anticipated and future openings in core subject areas serving grades 6–8. Position Summary Middle School Teachers at ISRC are responsible for delivering high-quality, standards-aligned instruction in a supportive, student-centered learning environment. Teachers collaborate with site leadership, instructional staff, and families to promote academic growth, positive behavior, and college- and career-readiness. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction aligned to California content standards Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment Assess student progress and use data to inform instruction Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including English Learners and students with IEPs/504 plans Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues Participate in professional development, team meetings, and school-wide initiatives Comply with all school policies, state regulations, and mandated reporting requirements Qualifications Required: Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills Valid California Single Subject or Multiple Subject Teaching Credential (appropriate to assignment) Authorization to teach at the middle school level (grades 6–8) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements, including background clearance Preferred: Experience teaching in a middle school setting Experience working in charter schools or diverse school communities Strong classroom management and instructional planning skills Employment Details Position Type: Full-time, certificated Schedule: Academic year Location: Hemet Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience and credentials
