Job Summary
The Certificated Staff Mentor Teacher will provide guidance and support to up to five new teachers. This role requires a clear teaching credential, at least seven years of recent experience in the relevant grade level and subject area, and a demonstrated ability to foster student achievement. Under the direction of the site administrator, the Mentor Teacher will assist with curriculum and instruction, offer feedback on teaching strategies, support lesson planning, and maintain required documentation. Other duties may be assigned. This is a temporary, grant-funded position at .4 FTE.
