We know that everything is impossible—until someone does it. Riverbank Unified School District is seeking a skilled and bilingual Attendance Secretary to join California Avenue Elementary School. The ideal candidate will provide essential clerical and administrative support to ensure accurate student attendance and recordkeeping while maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment. This role involves managing attendance data through Aeries, preparing reports, assisting families with enrollment documentation, and communicating effectively in both English and Spanish. The Bilingual Attendance Secretary serves as a key connection between students, parents, and staff—supporting positive relationships and the smooth operation of the school.

Requirements / Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required Bilingual ability in Spanish Valid First Aid required. CPR Certification. Satisfactory completion of Bilingual Assessment, including written and oral communication.

  • CPR/First Aid Certification (In-person, hands-on CPR/AED course approved by the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or another provider recognized by the California EMS Authority. Online-only certifications are not accepted.)
  • Letter(s) of Reference (Please attach 2 letters, dated within the last year.)
  • Proof of HS Graduation
  • Resume
