Job Summary
Under the direct supervision and direction of the Principal and Superintendent, the Office Manager’s primary duty is to perform work directly related to the management of both school and district operations. This is an exempt administrative position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (5 CFR sec. 551.206). As such, the Office Manager is expected to conduct his/her tasks and duties with a high level of independence, exercising discretion and sound judgment in matters of significance where appropriate. The position of Office Manager requires a combination of tasks and duties as they relate to: - School Office Manager - District Administrative Assistant - Facilities Manager (Site/District Buildings and Grounds) All tasks and duties are to be performed with a strong sense of ethics and confidentiality.
