Job Summary

Job Summary

The Program Manager, Student Welfare & Attendance - Capacity Development provides strategic leadership and support to enhance the capacity of school districts, County Operated schools, and community organizations in promoting positive outcomes for vulnerable and marginalized youth in the areas of Student Welfare & Attendance including fostering effective systems to support foster, homeless, and chronically absent students. The Program Manager works to strengthen the capacity of these partners to address barriers to student success and ensures the effective delivery of services and resources. Requirements / Qualifications

Education & Experience: • Valid California Pupil Personnel Services Credential OR Valid Teaching Credential (required) • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, teaching or a related field • Three (3) years of relevant experience working with vulnerable populations, foster care systems, and educational support programs – highly preferred • Experience in professional development and capacity building, including mentoring, coaching, or leading training initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and support staff growth • Equivalent combination of education and experience. (if applicable) • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to students' homes as needed/Evidence of Insurability • CPR/First Aid Certificate Read Job Description for a complete list of job requirements and experience required
