Job Summary
Yuba County Career Preparatory Charter School (YCCPCS) is committed to addressing low graduation rates, ELA/Math achievement, and college and career readiness as identified on the California Dashboard. This position supports the enhancement of tiered systems of support, with responsibilities including, but not limited to, conducting home visits, collaborating with teaching and classified staff to monitor and support student attendance and academic progress, informing students of their progress toward graduation, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.
