Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a TK-8 district located in North San Diego County. The District is recruiting for a qualified and credentialed Social Worker on Special Assignment, beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, to coordinate and implement the District's social-emotional learning, counseling, physical, and mental health programs. Applicants must have a California Pupil Personnel Services Credential: Social Worker. Licensed clinical social worker is preferred but not required, and bilingual (English/Spanish) is also preferred but not required. Under the direction of the Senior Director of Student Services, the Social Worker on Special Assignment is responsible for performing a variety of functions related to the implementation and coordination of the district's California Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) grant, focusing on service delivery infrastructure, Medi-Cal enrollment, data collection, and collaborative partnerships to enhance behavioral health services for students. DETAILS FOR SOCIAL WORKER POSITION: APPLICATION DEADLINE: Until Filled LENGTH OF WORK YEAR: 195 Day School Year Calendar WORK SCHEDULE: 7.0 hours/day BENEFITS: The benefit package includes employee and dependent health, dental, and vision benefits and paid sick leave.
