Requirements / Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: * Must possess a valid Clear California teaching credential. * A valid California administrative services credential is required or must be obtained within two years of employment. * Preferred qualifications include recent (within the last five years) teaching or leadership experience in a TK–12 independent study or homeschool program.

The qualified candidate will serve as an educational administrator and strategic leader, providing oversight and support for Teachers of Record (TORs), with primary focus on High School Learning Centers. Responsibilities include recruitment and selection, training, student assignment, and guidance on disciplinary matters. The Director also leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of instructional programs while managing resources and fostering a positive, collaborative environment among staff, students, and families.
This role ensures high-quality instruction and prepares students to thrive in both post-secondary education and the workforce. Review the job description for a full list of responsibilities and qualifications.
Notes:
* Primary areas covered by this position will be south Riverside County. Will include travel to Orange and San Bernardino Counties.
* Upon hire, employee will be placed in multiple charters which could have tax implications.
* Position cross posted in multiple counties, no need to apply for more than one position to be considered for all.
