St. Helena Unified School District is accepting applications for a full time Director of Food Service. The Director of Food Service serves as department head to a labor-intensive nutrition and food service function providing service to all sites in the District using a central kitchen and satellite operations at school sites. This is a classified management position. General Duties: Plans, manages and participates in the activities and operations of the Food Services department including the leadership over catering, site cafeterias, and staff, purchasing of food products and supplies, inventory control, budget administration, nutrition, menu management, and meal distribution. The Director position requires professional training in institutional nutrition and meal service.
