The Superintendent/Principal serves as both the chief executive officer of the district and the instructional leader of the school. This role combines strategic oversight of district operations with day-to-day leadership at the school site. The Superintendent/Principal ensures high-quality instruction, responsible fiscal management, and a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
Requirements / Qualifications
Qualifications: Required: -Valid California Administrative Services Credential. - Valid California Teaching Credential. - Master’s degree or higher in education or related field. - Minimum of five years of successful teaching and/or administrative experience. - Demonstrated leadership experience in education. Preferred: - Experience as a school principal or district administrator. - Knowledge of California school finance and governance. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Commitment to rural or small-school education models.
