Under the direction of the District Superintendent, oversee and ensure that district-wide processes and procedures are integrated and implemented consistently in the areas of Administrative Services. Plans, directs, administers, and controls human resources services of the District. Supervises the District’s human resources services for all classified and certificated employees; and supervises the District’s internal and external communications systems.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Master’s Degree in education or human resources. 2. At least seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources and/or educational administration, including site or director-level experience. 3. Must hold a valid California Administrative Services Credential 4. Labor Relations: Acts as the chief negotiator for the district and ensures contract adherence with employee bargaining units (DTA and CSEA). 5. Communications Oversight: Supervises internal and external district communications, including public presentations and publications. 6. Title IX & Civil Rights Compliance: Serves as the district liaison and oversees investigations related to harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other Title IX concerns. 7. Policy Implementation: Ensures compliance with federal and state laws, including updating district policies and procedures and maintaining necessary documentation. 8. Ability to communicate effectively with staff and the public from diverse cultural, social, economic, and educational backgrounds. 9. Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred.
SALARY: ADMINISTRATIVE SALARY SCHEDULE 322 $170,963.00 - $210,924.00 BEGINNING DATE: 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR (225 Duty Days) Benefits include: 15 Holidays, 21 Vacation Days, PPO Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K APPLICATION PROCEDURE: A complete application packet must include: 1.
