Requirements / Qualifications
1. Possession of a high school diploma is required; a higher degree is preferred. 2. Must hold valid CPR and First Aid certifications. 3. Must possess a valid California driver’s license. 4. Minimum of two (2) years of successful coaching experience at the secondary level in the relevant sport. 5. Demonstrated adherence to the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) and CIF Coaches Code of Conduct. 6. Proven ability to work effectively with parents, administrators, staff, and students, and to maintain positive communication with the broader community.
