Job Summary
Job Summary
Under general supervision of the district teacher librarian and the site administrator, to perform a variety of library related tasks designed to support and assist certificated personnel, students, staff, and school community; assist in maintaining safe and healthy school and classroom environments. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to operate library information and communication technologies. Ability to type at a net corrected speed of 40 words per minute. Obtain passing score on district library paraprofessional examination. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum three years of experience in a school library setting. Minimum of one year of clerical experience.
