Under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance, Operations & Transportation, performs a variety of technical accounting duties in the review, evaluation and adjustment of assigned accounts in support of the Maintenance, Operations & Transportation department; performs specialized administrative and purchasing tasks; maintains, audits and reconciles assigned budgets and accounts; prepares, maintains and assures accuracy of various financial records and reports. Supervises, coordinates, and participates in the planning and execution of maintenance projects, material procurement, and inventory management. Manages maintenance budgets, coordinates contracts for services and materials
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: bachelor’s degree in a related field, college level coursework or specialized training in procurement, accounting, or inventory management, and five (5) years of experience directly related to purchasing, budgeting, or contract management. School district experience is preferred.
