*Certificate Copy (National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)) *Copy of Transcript (verifying graduation from an accredited school by the Council for Occupational Therapy Education) *Letter of Introduction *Resume (One - two pages in length, recently updated) *Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two, less than one year old) *Driver's License Copy (Valid California Driver's License) *Other (Licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy)

POSITION: The Occupational Therapist evaluates student performance in the context of access to the educational program and the impact on learning, develops goals and objectives for consideration by Individualized Education Program (IEP) team, develops individual occupational therapy intervention plans, and maintains appropriate documentation, collects data, and prepares formal reports. EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Certified with the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), graduation from an accredited school by the Council for Occupational Therapy (as of January 2003). At least one year experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a high school setting.
