Job Summary
-Plan for integrated program services to families -Provide oversight to Child Care Resource Referral and Alternative Payment programs -Manage eligibility, recruitment and enrollment process and procedures -Collaborate effectively with administration, local and state partners, and funders to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services

Comments and Other Information
-BA degree in Social, Human, Family Services or in a related field
-Prior experience working with state and federal programs/reporting
-Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience and supervision of adults
-Knowledge of Funding Terms & Conditions, Head Start Performance Standards, Title 5 and 22 highly desired
-Ability to lift and/or move up to 10-30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
-Valid California driver license and insured reliable transportation
