Hours: 2-2.5 Hours Per Day Effective Start Date: June 1, 2025 Effective End Date: May 30, 2026 Specific duties include but are not limited to: Serve as the Program Head of a multi-level soccer athletic program. Develop a positive team culture and provide the direction and vision for the girls soccer program Develop individual soccer skill sets, techniques, and game strategies necessary for overall team improvement. Develop and communicate a team strategy, provide instruction for student athletes in the consistent execution of the team strategy. Complete game planning and film review in preparation for competition. Establish off-season weight training/conditioning program. Works with the MHS Athletic Administration to select qualified Assistant and Lower Level coaches for all levels. Ensure that rules and regulations regarding conduct and eligibility are communicated and followed. Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships between team members, parents, athletic department, administration, teachers, other coaches, athletes, officials, and opponents. Maintain all required coaching certification. Complete forms and documents in a timely manner.

Previous experience of successful, relevant Head coaching experience Knowledge of National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) and CIF Rules/ Regulations NFHS/CIF Certificates Selection Process: Required documents can be obtained at https://nfhslearn.com/
