Job Summary
Claremont Unified School District is accepting applications for a temporary secondary Math Teacher. Under the direction of the site administrator(s), the candidate will be responsible for creating lesson plans and delivering instruction to students in grades 7-12. The successful candidate will create a learning environment that fosters academic growth and encourages students to develop their mathematical skills.
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid California single subject credential required authorizing service in a secondary school in Math. EL/CLAD Authorization required. Mathematics credential authorizing higher level math, including calculus. Authorization to teach computer science is highly desirable. CBEST/CSET transcript if newly hired in the State of California or if no public school employment within the last 39 calendar months in a California public school. Cover Letter, resume, two current letters of recommendation (dated within the last two years), and a valid credential. ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE ATTACHED TO YOUR ON-LINE APPLICATION.
