Job Summary
The Human Resources Specialist performs advanced-level professional duties in support of SIATech’s personnel operations. This position focuses on employee relations, regulatory compliance, and HR data management. The HR Specialist plays a critical role in driving positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and providing excellent service to internal stakeholders.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in human resources, business, management, or educational related field preferred Five (5) ears of human resources experience preferred. Human Resources Certification (e.g. SHRM-CP®, SHRM-SCP®, pHCLE®, HRCI®, PHR®, etc.) preferred
