Job Summary
The full-time position of Coordinator, Educational Services will begin July 2025. This position will require the employee to work 210 days on a custom calendar (Monday - Friday) over 12 months. Hours of employment may vary between 7:45am - 6:30pm (8 hour shift). *Work schedule is subject to change at anytime at the District's discretion. DEFINITION Under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, coordinates the planning and implementation of educational programs and services in the areas of curriculum and instruction, assessments, interventions, staff development, instructional technology, and related areas. Assists in the selection, development, and ordering of instructional materials. Also serves as the District liaison with cooperating agencies as needed.

This position is only open to current Magnolia School District/Magnolia Educators Association Certificated employees. All other applicants will not be considered. To apply for the position of Coordinator, Educational Services you must be a current Magnolia School District employee and meet the minimum requirements below: -Valid CA Administrative Credential (preferred) -Valid CA Teaching Credential -Master's degree or above -Minimum 5 years teaching experience -Minimum of 2 years elementary instructional support/leadership experience

SALARY
-Salary credit will be given to Coordinators new to the District for previous experience in an administrative position outside of the District up to a maximum of two years for placement on the salary schedule. Upon recommendation of the Superintendent and with approval of the Board of Trustees, additional credit for previous administrative may be given.
-$500.00 annual stipend for doctoral degree.

-Additional salary increases are earned for longevity as an administrator with MSD;
-Certificated management staff in this position are paid monthly on an 12-month pay schedule (July-June).
