The duties of a lifeguard consist of surveillance of persons in and around the pool, enforcing safety rules, and regulations while maintaining order in the pool area.

Requirements for Applying: • Must be 15-1/2 years old or older • Red Cross Lifeguard Certification • Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification
The Lakeside Union School District (LUSD) accepts employment applications exclusively through Edjoin.org. First time users will need to develop a username and password. All candidates not currently employed with the district must file a completed application and resume.
