Valid California Multiple Subject teaching credential or out of state equivalent.
Credential Letter of introduction Resume 3 letters of reference dated not more than 2 years ago, with actual signature (Letters with no signature are not accepted)
- Credential Copy (Must submit proof of MS Credential )
- Letter of Introduction (Must submit letter of introduction )
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Submit 3 letters of recommendation dated less then 2 years ago, signed with actual signature. )
- Resume (Must submit resume)
