Job Summary
The 1:1 Aide will provide direct support to an assigned student in grades TK-8. The Aide will work under the direction of the classroom teacher and support the student's access to the curriculum and school environment. The position requires experience working with students with autism, emotionally disturbed, and those with significant behavioral challenges. The 1:1 Aide will implement positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS) and may assist with physical management, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
