Yogativity Learning delivers high quality after school and summer programming in partnership with school districts. Our programs focus on mindfulness – mindfulness of ourselves, our emotions, our creativity and the natural world around us. This summer we’re excited to deliver our Environmental Stewardship Eco Adventures camp and Kids Mindfulness and Yoga in Hollister. * Camp dates are June 16 - July 11th, Monday through Friday (4 weeks) * Students are Kindergarten through 5th. * 4 hours per day, 1:00-5:00 * You’ll lead 4 groups of 20 kids during the day, each for about 50 minutes. * We provide curriculum, supplies, and training, * We will have TWO programs running: Eco Adventures - environmental stewardship, appreciation for the environment, in a fun summer camp environment, AND Kids yoga and mindfulness, which is a blend of yoga, art, science and fun. * This is an actively engaged position, it is not a babysitting position, you are expected to be instructing, interacting or supervising students at all times. not using screens or cell phone. * If you are looking for a position where you can engage and share your love of learning with students, then this is the job for you. * Must be reliable, professional, and able to attend Monday through Friday
Requirements / Qualifications
AA or at least two years of college preferred.
Must be legal to work in the US, LiveScan and background check and Tuberculosis test required by law to work with school children. (We will help you arrange tests and reimburse costs. )
