Join Our Founding Team! Hiba Academy Bay Area is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to be part of our founding leadership team! We are hiring a Human Resources Manager to help shape the future of bilingual education in the San Francisco Bay Area. Role Overview: As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a central role in building and leading the people systems of our innovative bilingual school. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to attract and retain a high-performing, mission-aligned team * Overseeing employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance in alignment with California and federal employment laws * Developing a people-first HR infrastructure that supports staff wellbeing, fosters professional growth, and scales with the school as we grow to 400 students What We Offer: * The opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, inclusive community committed to passion, integrity, and empowerment * Extensive professional growth opportunities within a supportive and innovative environment * An attractive compensation package tailored for this foundational role. Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above Relevant professional HR qualification eg Masters in Human Resource Management, SHRM preferred or equivalent experience and willingness to obtain professional certification
