This is a Temporary Summer School teaching position to provide comprehensive instructional services in accord with established District guidelines, State legal statutes, and professional codes of conduct. The teaching assignment will be based upon the valid teaching credential(s) held by the employee. Prep Days: May 30, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm (ESY Only) June 2, 2025 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Program Dates: June 2 to June 27, 2025 (ESY Only) June 3 to June 27, 2025 Teacher hours: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Student hours: 8:15 am to 12:45 pm No school on Thursday, June 19, 2025 (Juneteenth)
Requirements / Qualifications
Credential: Appropriate California single Subject English Credential with English Learner authorization from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing Education: A Bachelor's Degree, including all courses needed to meet credential requirements, including passing a test if so specified by Federal and State requirements. Edjoin application must include: Letter of Interest, Current Resume, Copies of Credentials, Copies of Transcripts, Copy of CBEST Test scores Copy of CSET scores or transcript showing a minimum of 32 units in subject taught, Three (3) current letters of recommendations - signed
