Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Associate Superintendent, Special Schools and Services, the SEIS Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks essential for maintaining data across various information systems, including ALMA, SEIS, and the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS) to ensure accurate data management for state and federal funding reports. The SEIS Coordinator will collaborate with SCOE Special Schools and Services staff, external educational agencies, and vendors.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree • Experience using SEIS and CALPADS • Advanced computer skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Software, Zoom, and similar applications
