Requirements / Qualifications

Must hold a BCLAD: Spanish authorization and Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. DLI Teachers that hold the appropriate Bilingual Authorization shall receive a 5% stipend of Salary Schedule 100, Column 1, Step 1. ($3,119.35 paid out in two payments in January and June) Expected duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to: *Multicultural events/presentations (up to three (3) events outside of contract hours) *Recruitment events/activities *Monthly articulation meetings *Participation in promotion/pathway awards In-District Teachers will have first priority. Current BUSD teachers need only to submit a Certificated Request for Transfer. Please click on the link in this posting.
