Job Summary
Under the general supervision of a certificated teacher or administrator, this individual will facilitate a technology-learning environment for students and staff. Assist in managing the Antelope Elementary School technology for students and staff. Provide technology assistance to teachers and students when required. This support will include, but is not limited to: word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, Internet, e-mail, Google Drive components, and other academic applications. May be required to assist or provide digital citizenship training to students. Within the realm of classroom technology the facilitator provides skills and age grade level appropriate curricular support for the staff, assists administrative needs, basic troubleshooting, and other duties related to technology as requested by administration. Maintain proper enrollment and provide support to classroom teachers for software used at the school. Assist in the state testing program to include but not limited to, helping teachers and staff conduct state testing, and working one on one with students as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Completed Edjoin Application High School diploma or equivalent Instructional Assistant Proficiency Certificate, AA Degree, or at least forty-eight (48) college units
