Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience Guidelines - Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: Education/Training: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources, law, personnel administration, business administration or a related field. Experience: Three years of professional human resources, legal, investigatory or related management experience in the public or private sector related to the relevant duties of the position.
