POSITION DESCRIPTION: The job of Administrator’s Secretary is done for the purpose(s) of providing administrative and secretarial support to assigned school personnel; coordinating activities of assigned administrative personnel; ensuring compliance of activities under area of responsibility with financial, legal and administrative requirements; and providing information, recommendations and/or direction as may be requested by assigned administrator. *This position is anticipated to start July 2025*

Requirements / Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required. Two years of responsible secretarial experience; 24 semester units of college level secretarial training may be substituted for experience. REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. Targeted job related education that meets organization’s prerequisite requirements. REQUIRED LICENSE: Valid California driver’s license required. Position duties will require frequent driving throughout Riverside County, including the desert areas. REQUIRED TESTING: Submitted applications will be screened for minimum qualifications. Those who meet the minimum qualifications will be e-mailed an invitation for testing. Testing is tentatively scheduled to be conducted on May 8, 2025 in Riverside, CA.
