Requirements / Qualifications

Three years of increasing responsible clerical experience including complex statistical record-keeping including one year of experience working with student records at a secondary school (MUST show on application in work history) 4. Contact Information for three (3) Professional References: current/former supervisors/coworkers - MUST be provided on application in professional references portion, please include email addresses. Not to be confused with the Letters of Recommendation, these are to be provided on the application itself. REQUIRED TO BE UPLOADED IN ATTACHMENTS: 1. A current resume. 2. A cover letter 3. Two (2) Professional Letters of Recommendation from current/former supervisors/coworkers (both MUST have physical signature and be DATED within one year) - digital signatures not accepted 4. Typing Test: adjusted/net speed 40wpm minimum on a 3-5 minute test (results must show name, WPM results and length of test) - online tests accepted Preferred Qualifications 1. Valid CA Driver License preferred 2. Valid First-Aid certification preferred (no online courses accepted) 3. Valid CPR certification preferred (no online courses accepted)
