Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, Maintenance, Operations and Transportation (FMOT) or other assigned administrator; plan, organize, direct, manage and coordinate new construction, modernization projects, data collection and report development; perform independent, specialized accounting and budgeting duties and analysis related to bond and construction projects; audit projects, track milestones and other information for the Bond Oversight Committee; provide work direction to others.

Requirements / Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: bachelor's degree in accounting, architecture, construction management, business administration or related field, and/or four years' experience in budget development and construction project management. Experience with new school construction and modernization is highly desired. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid California driver's license and maintenance of a safe driving record. Incumbent will be involved in field work which requires travel vehicles to various sites and locations.
