Job Summary
Under supervision of the Principal, to serve as office manager; to provide administrative and secretarial support to school site personnel, including those responsibilities of a confidential nature dealing with employee personnel matters, to coordinate activities of assigned administrative personnel; to ensure compliance of activities under areas of responsibility with financial, legal, and administrative requirements; to convey information, recommendations, and/or directions; to provide services to students, parents, and instructional support employees; and to perform duties designed to relieve the administrator(s) of office and routine responsibilities by planning, organizing, supervising, and participating in the school office administrative operation. This position is Monday-Friday, 7:15 am - 3:45 pm.
