Requirements / Qualifications

Charter Home Study Academy is seeking teachers for the Summer Session. Summer Session starts on June 2, 2025 and ends June 27, 2025. The Summer Session is for current students only our focus will be for students that did not earn mastery in essential standards. Unduplicated students will be given priority. EDCOE Charter Website Charter Home Study Academy serves students throughout El Dorado County during the school year. Valuable Skills, Knowledge and or Abilities: Knowledge of state curriculum standards, Edgenuity and Canvas are required. Experience working with students who have experienced trauma and other barriers to education. Ability to provide a safe, thriving, respectful environment. Utilize appropriate methodology in order to meet the intellectual and instructional level of students from varied socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, and who possess a range of mental and emotional maturity. Current Charter Alternative Program teachers only.
