Job Summary

Under the direction of the Campus Operations Manager, the Campus Aide ensures the safety, well-being, and orderly conduct of students during non-classroom activities, including lunch, recess, and other school-sponsored events. The Campus Aide is responsible for monitoring student behavior, enforcing school policies and procedures, de-escalating conflicts, providing basic first aid, and supporting the general operations of the campus. This role requires a proactive approach to supervision, effective communication with students and staff, and a commitment to fostering a safe and respectful school environment.

Requirements / Qualifications

Some experience working with children in an educational or organized setting is desired. Fluency in Mandarin is desired. Possession of, or be enrolled in training to obtain a current first aid and CPR certificate. SB 930 training desired.
