Job Summary

Enthusiastic Math teacher, exited to work with students who have struggled learning math throughout their school career. Co-taught with a Special Educator, you will have the opportunity to create hands-on/problem based learning experiences for students who have not found success with math. We are looking for someone who is fired up about his/her/their lessons and passionate about teaching and learning. We want a teacher who will design learning opportunities that build upon student knowledge & skills and build excitement among the students to come to class & experience math. We value teachers who truly listen to what students are saying -- who create a space for students to think their way through to answers, and who praise their insights and curiosities along the way. You will work with students having IEPs along with general ed students.
