Requirements / Qualifications
The employee must possess a valid CA Preliminary or Clear (preferred) Multiple Subject teaching credential. Must possess valid CLAD certification and TK authorization. Prior online teaching experience preferred. Teaching experience with TK-8 highly desirable. Experience with Charter Schools a plus. * All candidates must reside within our service areas, including Riverside, Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino or Los Angeles Counties.
A teacher proficiency test will be administered to qualified applicants. A completed EDJOIN online application is required. The resume does not take the place of a completed application. The TOR will collaborate with parents on goal setting, curriculum and lesson planning, reviewing student learning, reporting attendance, creating the portfolio, providing assessment, monitoring student budgets and placing appropriate POs, creating report cards, assigning grades and units, and creating course descriptions.
