Job Summary
Job Summary
The Instructional Aide II will be working with our T-K scholars in a project based learning environment. The focus will be on meeting the social and emotional needs of the scholars and supporting the teacher in the classroom. The Instructional Aides will also be trained in Leader In Me, Right Brain, and the curriculum elements so they are skilled when working with students. The Instructional Aides will be encouraged to pursue their educational career with the potential of teaching for New Pacific School.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Recognized high school diploma and competency in core subjects • Demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing and math skills at a level required for high school students • Enrollment or recent graduate from an accredited college or university, preferred
Letter of Introduction Resume Letters of Recommendation (3) Transcripts (unofficial acceptable) TB clearance

New Pacific School is a new classroom based public charter school in Roseville, CA. At New Pacific School, we will be committed to being leaders in whole child education, inquiry driven learning, and family partnerships through high-quality educational programs, school resources, and highly qualified school personnel. We are looking for someone to assist the classroom teacher, support project-based learning and small group instruction, as well as demonstrating and coaching Leader In Me to the students. New Pacific is entering our fourth year in Roseville and we are projected to have 240 students TK-10th grade.

-Make Social Emotional Learning the central foundation of our work
-To serve students from all social, cultural, and economic groups
-To provide a personalized education experience that offers a distinctly different choice in public education for families
